JEFFERS, J. -- This action was instituted in the superior court for Grays Harbor county, by Charles E. Glick, against Ray Ropes and wife, to recover damages sustained as the result of a collision between a truck driven by plaintiff Glick and Buick car driven by defendant Ray Ropes. We quote paragtaph three of plaintiffs complaint, as that paragraph contains the only allegations as to the claimed negligence of defendants:
